The Democratic Autonomous Administration of the North and East Syria Region confirmed that the attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries against sites, infrastructure, and vital centers, aim to spread chaos and break the foundations of stability, and stressed that: "The crimes of the Turkish occupation must not remain unaccountable."

The Democratic Autonomous Administration of the North and East Syria Region issued a statement to the public opinion, in which it stressed the accountability of the Turkish occupation state for its crimes in targeting infrastructure in NE Syria, which read:

"The Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries continue to target sites and infrastructure, with the aim of undermining vital service facilities in NE Syria, the Turkish goal is the same as the old one: spreading chaos, breaking the foundations of stability, and sending direct messages of support to terrorist groups, foremost of which is ISIS, that Turkey supports its attempts to return and revival.

These targets, especially what happened recently in the Tishreen Dam area, and the targeting of the People's Municipality in Al-Jarniyeh, the sugar factory in Maskana, as well as the electricity center, are clear crimes and a violation of all international conventions related to targeting and striking vital service facilities, Turkey's crimes coincide with its repeated actions in targeting the Manbij area and all areas of NE Syria in this difficult circumstance.

While we condemn these Turkish crimes that target stability efforts and support mercenaries and terrorism, amid the urgent Syrian need for its sons to join hands to build their country again after this historic change in Syria, we emphasize the need for the international community and its institutions, as well as the forces keen to control and reduce escalation in Syria, to limit these Turkish practices, we in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of the North and East Syria Region, reiterate that these crimes must not remain unaccountable, especially in light of Turkey's insistence on creating a severe humanitarian crisis, this crisis is equivalent to what is happening in Hasaka and its villages, where it deprives more than one million people of water due to its occupation of the Alouk station in Serê Kaniyê/Ras al-Ain, in addition to its attempt in the Tishreen Dam to create a crisis that threatens energy and water sources.

We also salute all the military and security forces for their efforts and struggle in thwarting Turkey's plans and goals, stressing our support for them with all capabilities and means, and we remember the heroic martyrs and our wounded in these historical battles, and we also raise our highest greetings to our people throughout NE Syria, with their various components, for their stand, support, and determination.
